South Allegheny is the official school district of Glassport residents. While the early childhood learning center and the high school are located in Liberty Boro and the Elementary School is in Port Vue, Glassport houses the South Allegheny football stadium, located on the 900 block of Ohio Ave.

Guidelines for 2015-16 GHS Scholarship

Glassport High School, Class of 1965 scholarship donation of $500

Requirements of scholarship:

1.  Must be a 2016 South Allegheny Graduate

2.  Must be a resident of Glassport or a descendant of a Glassport High School Graduate

3.  Must provide evidence of acceptance to a post-secondary school to further his/her education

4.  Must complete the required application, including the writing of a 250 word essay describing his/her future goals.

Deadline for submitting application and essay:  April 1, 2016
